What is CellShield Cellular Protection?
 

CellShield Cellular Protection offers complete protection for your wireless equipment.  If your device is out of warranty, or is accidentally physically damaged or liquid damaged, you can file your claim within 15 days of the incident, and the device will be replaced or repaired upon approval of your claim.
 

How Can I Get CellShield Cellular Protection?

 
To get CellShield Cellular Protection, you must purchase it within 15 days of any new wireless equipment purchase at any of our partner dealerships.  Please see the Find a Dealer page to locate the CellShield Partner Dealer nearest you.
 
 

What does it cost?
 

  • Mid-Tier Device (replacement cost under $600 ):

    • $9 per month per covered phone
    • $0 deductable for first approved claim
    • Maximum claim limit: $600 per 12 month period
    • Claim Limit: One (1) Claim in each 12 month period
       
  • High-Tier Device (replacement cost between $600 and $800):

    • $12 per month per covered device
    • $0 deductable for first approved claim
    • Maximum claim limit: $800 per 12 month period
    • Claim Limit: One (1) Claim in each 12 month period
               

How Do I Use CellShield Cellular Protection?

 
Filing a claim with CellShield is easy!  Simply go to our Submit a Claim page and submit your claim information!  If any additional information is required, you will be contacted via phone or email with a request.  This info can then be faxed, emailed, or uploaded to the Track a Claim page.
 
 

 Are There Any Co-Payments or Deductibles?


CellShield is proud to offer no deductibles or co-payments for the first claim. Consecutive claims will be required to pay a co-payment in the following amounts:

 

Mid-Tier Device:

  • $150 co-payment for second claim
  • additional $100 co-payment for each consecutive claim

 

High-Tier Device:

  • $200 co-payment for the second claim
  • additional $150 co-payment for each consecutive claim
 Liquid Damage Fee:
 
  • $100 fee for liquid damage claim, on top of any required co-payment
